I didn't receive my Cash Back. What should I do?

As soon as you get a pending purchase notification in your account, please add the information from your purchase, including store, item, amount, date, into your dashboard under the particular purchase. This will help you keep your purchases organized and help us track down issues with a particular purchase.

If 60 days have passed and you still don't see a pending or confirmed purchase in your account, please make sure you have added as much information about the purchase into your dashboard under the particular purchase, and then file a support ticket with our Customer Service Team.

Before you file a ticket, please make sure we were the source of the last click to the store before you made a purchase.

Please allow up to 60 days for us to resolve your missing Cash Back ticket. We will contact you if we need more information.
